Shuta Tonozaki, the mainstay of professional baseball and Seibu, who has acquired the right to FA = free agent only for domestic transfers this season, will remain in the team.

Tonozaki acquired FA rights only for domestic transfers in July this year.

After the season ended, the team announced on the 22nd that he would remain in Seibu as a result of discussions between Tonozaki and the team.



Tonozaki is 29 years old from Aomori Prefecture.

He is a right-handed pitcher and right-handed infielder.



Batting with punching power and solid defense are characteristics, and in 2019, the fifth year of the professional, he participated in 143 games as a regular second player, batting average of 20%, 7 minutes and 4 minutes, 26 home runs, both of which are career highs. He left a record of 90 RBIs and won the Golden Glove Award.



In his eighth season, he played 132 games with a batting average of 20%, 1 minute and 5 minutes, and 12 home runs.
