Ryoma Nishikawa, a major player in professional baseball and Hiroshima, who is also selected as a member of the Japanese national team, has decided to remain without exercising the right of FA = free agent only for domestic transfers.

Nishikawa acquired FA rights limited to domestic transfers in August this year, but he had not decided whether to exercise his rights.

After the end of the season, the team announced on the 22nd that Nishikawa had discussed with the team several times, and as a result, he decided to remain in Hiroshima without exercising his FA rights.

Nishikawa is 27 years old from Osaka prefecture.

He is a left-handed outfielder who throws right-handed.

He has skillful bat control, and in his fourth year, he reached the regular turn at bat for the first time, and was active as a main player early on, with a batting average of 20%, 9 minutes and 7 minutes, and 16 home runs.

This season, he left the team for about two months due to poor condition in the lower body, but in 97 games, he recorded a batting average of 30%, 1 minute and 5 minutes, and 10 home runs.

He is also selected as a member of the Japanese national team for the warm-up game to be held next month for the WBC = World Baseball Classic to be held in March next year.
