Kobayashi started the final round in the lead with 33 points, added 8 points with 5 birdies and 2 bogeys, and won the championship with a total of 41 points.
36-year-old Kobayashi is the tour's first victory.
Ryuichi Oiwa finished in 2nd place, 5 points behind, and Justin Delos Santos of the Philippines finished 3rd, 4 points behind.
