Djurgården has recently been successful in the Europa Conference League.

The Stockholm team won away against Gent and are undefeated in the group stage with three matches.

A success that means a lot.

- We took a step forward against Gent.

It says a lot, not only about us as a team, but also that we, Sweden, are on our way somewhere.

But now it's us, Djurgården, who play in Europe and not many Swedish teams have done it, says Joel Asoro to SVT Sport.

Is about winning duels

However, the tight schedule reminds us.

- Of course it wears on you, but that's how football is, regardless of whether it's in Sweden or in Europe.

It's like this all the time.

No weirdness.

However, the celebration after the results in the Conference League must be short-lived.

Now a series final against Häcken awaits.

- We face a top team, it will be very difficult.

We play as much football as they do, so it's going to be a clash on the pitch.

But it's home, so we have to show who is the toughest.

A specific mindset

But a series final.. it must be special?

- You know what... there are many matches where we were able to pull away.

Thinking "now we have another chance" is not right.

We have to think that "we just have to win the game".

It's just about winning all the duels, that's the key.

How are you going to hurt Häcken's defense?

- It's probably doing what I'm good at.

Be myself.

Dare more.

That's really how I'm starting to get into it.
