Mbappe tops Forbes list of highest paid footballers of 2022

As reported on the official Forbes website, the 23-year-old Frenchman will have to earn $125 million for the 2022/23 season.

Of these, $105 million is the striker's salary, and the remaining $20 million is income from sponsorship contracts.

Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo is second on the list with $113 million, while Paris Saint-Germain striker Lionel Messi is third with $110 million.
