Morocco topped the ranking of Arab teams, ahead of Tunisia and Algeria, in the world rankings issued by the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA), today, Thursday.

Senegal (18th in the world) topped the rankings of the African teams, followed by Morocco (22nd globally), Tunisia (30th globally), Nigeria (32th globally), Algeria (37th globally), then Egypt (39th globally).

In Asia, Iran (20 globally) topped the continent’s rankings, followed by Japan (24 globally), South Korea (28 globally), Australia (38 globally), Qatar (50 globally), then Saudi Arabia (51 globally), Then Iraq (68 globally), then the UAE (70 globally), then Oman (75 globally).

At the level of the top ten teams, the Brazilian national team is engaged in a journey in search of enhancing its record and crowning its sixth World Cup title during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, and is at the top of the world rankings.

The samba team strengthened its position at the top of the world rankings, which is the last version of the rankings before the World Cup in Qatar from November 20 to December 18.
