The world judo championships opened in Uzbekistan on the 6th, and Tokyo Olympic gold medalist Naohisa Takafuji won the gold medal in the men's 60-kilogram class, defeating a Mongolian player in the final.
This is Takafuji's fourth world championship title since 2018.
