Fridolina Rolfö supports Spanish teammates: "They stand up for themselves"

The background to the conflict is based on the letter that the players have sent to the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), where they have threatened a boycott if the conditions in the national team are not improved.  

According to Spanish media, players are unhappy with the leadership of national team captain Jorge Vilda.

Something that has now led to 15 players not being in the Spanish squad that meets Sweden on Friday.   

Several of the missing players, including Patri Guijarro, Mapi Leon, Sandra Panos and Aitana Bonmati are teammates with Fridolina Rolfö in Barcelona.  

Have you spoken to your teammates in Barcelona and how did the conversation go?   

- Yes, but it has been discussed a lot because there are so many players in my club who are involved.

But out of respect for them, I don't feel it's my responsibility to talk about it, but I support them, says the Swedish national team star.
