When MFF, with one more man, pressed more and more, Union Berlin underwent a rapid adjustment.

Sheraldo Becker raced like an express train on the right side and found a gap in the far left side of the goal for 1-0 – a cold shower for MFF who were blown away by a goal lead.

- It was a piss goal, says Anders Christiansen to Viaplay.

Malmö FF have now lost all three of their matches in the Europa League - where they reached half of the group stage.

At the beginning of the second half, Anders Christiansen was taking advantage of the red card he arranged for Union Berlin.

He got the ball diagonally to the back and pulled hard.

However, Frederik Rönnow boxed away the ball which went too straight at the goalkeeper.

Clear position for Martin Olsson

After the 25-minute break due to Bengals, Martin Olsson had a free position but Rönnow went out and cut the angle.

At the end of the first half, Union Berlin's Andras Schäfer was sent off.

Schäfer dribbled with the ball at midfield as the last player, accidentally heeled it backwards, and Anders Christiansen carefully twisted the ball to himself and set off.

Schäfer pulled his shirt and Christiansen fell to the grass.

The referee gave the Hungarian national team player a straight red card.
