Coach MORIYASU Hajime of the Japan national football team returned to Japan after playing warm-up games in Europe and inspecting the players.

Coach Moriyasu of the Japanese national team traveled to Europe in late August to inspect the players in anticipation of the World Cup Qatar tournament that will start next month. They played against the participating USA and Ecuador, and had one win and one draw.



Coach Moriyasu, who arrived at Narita Airport on the 4th after spending about a month and a half in Europe, responded to reporters' interviews, saying, "I think we were able to share what we should do as a team. It was an activity that gave me confidence.”



Before the announcement of the 26 members scheduled for the 1st of next month, regarding the injuries such as defender Ko Itakura, he said, "If possible, I will be able to see him returning and participating in the league match. I think it will be the best, but if I can confirm that I can play even if it is not, there is a possibility that I will be called up to the finals.I will make the best choice according to the situation and aim for the World Cup."
