Brynäs has had a tough start to the season and now they may also be forced to do without star defender Simon Bertilsson when they face rivals Leksand on Thursday.

He has been reported for his tackle on Malmö's Eric Engstrand.

"Simon Bertilsson comes with speed and tackles Engstrand, where the first contact is in the head.

Engstrand has a certain responsibility as the recipient of the tackle, but Bertilsson has the greatest responsibility to ensure that the tackle does not hit Engstrand's head first," the report says.

Malmö's Oliver Lauridsen has also been reported for an incident in the same match.

It was in the third period that a fight broke out, above all between Lauridsen and Brynäs' Oliver Kvist.

But only Lauridsen has been reported to the disciplinary board.

"Oskar Kvist grabs the visor of Oliver Lauridsen, who is trying to break free, Oliver Lauridsen then begins to strike Oskar Kvist's head with several punches without gloves," the report states.

Both Lauridsen and Kvist received match penalties after the fight.

Notification of possible suspensions is expected to come later in the day.

Malmö won against Brynäs with 8-4.
