The last Brynäs victory in Växjö came on February 25, 2017. Tonight they suffered their 14th straight loss in Småland.
Växjö was 1-0 down after the first period after Samuel Johannesson gave Brynäs the lead.
But in the second period the home team started to find their way.
Erik Josefsson equalized with his first goal of the season and just over a minute later Miika Koivisto stepped forward with his 2-1 goal - in his 100th SHL game for Växjö.
Dan Sexton then made it 3-1 at the beginning of the last period after Brynäs was careless in their own zone.
The final score was finally written at 4-1 after Rosén scored with just over a minute left in the match.
A nice victory for Växjö and coach Jörgen Jönsson, who got to celebrate his 50th birthday with three points.
