Sharjah officially signs former Roma defender Manolas

Sharjah Club announced, on its official account on the social networking site "Twitter", its official contract with the former Roma defender Costas Manolas to play for the team, coming from Olympiacos, with a contract that extends for two seasons.

Manolas has previously played for clubs, including Olympiacos and AEK Athens.

Manolas, "31 years old, who is good at playing as a central defender," will be the third foreign player that the club will sign during the current summer transfer window, after he had signed Spanish striker Paco Al-Kasir and Bosnian Miralem Pjanic.
