It was during an out-of-competition doping test on January 20 that Rangeruk submitted a test that showed traces of the banned substance Letrozole.
Today, the Athletics Integrity Unit announced that she has been suspended for 10 months, beginning on April 19.

Rengeruk took bronze at the 2018 World Cross Country Championships, and won a 5000m race at the Diamond League 2018. At the World Championships in Athletics, she has a best of 5000m (2019), and at the Olympics last year she finished twelfth over the same distance.
