tight pitching battle continued until the 7th inning of the regular innings.

The youngest member of the national team, 17-year-old Jun-seo Hwang, struck out six and struggled without a score in the fifth inning, and ace Seo-Hyun Kim, who appeared in the sixth inning, threw a fastball with a maximum speed of 156 km/h and blocked two innings without conceding.

Our other line couldn't even attack the Taiwan mound, so we didn't score a single point, and in the end it went to a penalty shootout.

The national team drew a valuable lead by an opponent's throwing error when Kim Jae-sang grounded in one-out 2nd and 3rd base in the early 8th inning.

Then, when Jeong Dae-sun hit the infield ground, the third base runner stepped on the home, and in the continued one-out full base, Moon Hyun-bin's just-time hit ran 3-0.

And our national team's relay play shined in defense at the end of the 8th inning.

Seo-hyeon Kim, who believed in two outs at full base, was hit with two RBIs, but with the correct judgment of right fielder Kim Jung-min, the batter runner ran down and ended the game.

The players embraced and cheered for the victory by one point.

The national team, which tied for first place with Taiwan and the United States with 3 wins and 1 loss in the Super Round, will advance to the finals tomorrow (18th) depending on the result of the final match against Mexico.
