Hot gossip ahead of the season:

- The judges take action against filming.

Several people have expressed that it is a growing problem, and ahead of the season, the league's head referee Thomas Throsbrink has visited all the clubs and talked to them about the problem.

- Djurgården left the SHL last season, which means that the capital Stockholm is now without an SHL team.

How does it affect the attention surrounding Sweden's top hockey league?

- After Russia's invasion of Ukraine, there are now fewer foreign players than ever in the KHL.

As a result, several players have returned to Sweden, and the teams in the league have been able to recruit players who previously went to the Russian-controlled league.

This is how it went last season:

Färjestad took the club's tenth SM gold after they defeated Luleå away from home in the seventh and decisive final.
