Rydström's view on coaches being fired in the Allsvenskan

I understand the mechanisms, it's always easier to move a coach than a group of players, sporting director etc. But if you look at a lot of the changes that the clubs have made, it hasn't been that big game-wise or points-wise change.

So it may be rooted in a deeper problem.
