On Tuesday evening, it was time for a giant meeting between Bayern Munich and Barcelona.

And it was the visitors who started the best and created a nice chance right at the start.

After a roll-up, Pedri got free inside the penalty area and had to finish from close range.

However, the finish was straight on goal where Manuel Neuer was responsible for a simple footwork.

But a few minutes later, Barcelona and Robert Lewandowski had a great opportunity to break the deadlock, but the Pole shot wide on the volley.

The Germans bit into the match more and more, but 0-0 stood the half-time.

But in the 51st minute of the match came the lead goal.

Lucas Hernandez reached the top of a corner and was able to head in 1-0.

Just minutes later came the second signed Leroy Sane, nicely played by Jamal Musiala, who ran straight through the Barca defense and was able to finish nicely behind ter Stegen.

In the 60th minute, the visitors had the chance to reduce the score to 2-1, but Pedri was also unlucky this time.

The final score was 2-0.

In the next round, Bayern Munich face Viktoria Plzen and Barcelona face Inter away.
