How can you say no to a legendary club like Real Madrid?
A question was asked by a journalist to the Norwegian star Erling Halland, the new Manchester City striker who is the top scorer in the Premier League with 10 goals, so what was the young star's response?
"Good question. You can't do that," Haaland answered, after seconds of silence and a smile, and here his father, a former Manchester City player, intervened in what appeared to be his son's aid before responding with an embarrassing answer.
The father explained that the real reason for Real Madrid's refusal was, "We have a criterion in mind who needs a more outspoken striker in 9th position. Manchester City was the ideal option."
He added, "While Real Madrid (wants a striker with a position) 5 or 6 because of Benzema's way of playing now, we also took into account the possibility of his contract with Mbappe."

This came during statements made by Halland and his father to the "Viaplay" network, which prepared a documentary film about the rising star strongly to the top of the world football.
Halland, 22, starred remarkably with City and scored 10 goals in only 6 matches, breaking many records.
