The reason I like it is because it is a very pure sport, it embodies the courage of one person, teamwork, including the execution of tactics, is a very pure violence aesthetics, very enjoyable.
[Commentary] Li Zhongqi, nicknamed "Black Bear", is the captain and coach of the Black Bears American football team. In 2021, after he was discharged from the army, he returned to his hometown Yinchuan to create the first American football team in Ningxia.

During the meeting of the league, I learned that we are the only one in Ningxia that does not have this (rugby) team.
So I hope that as a Ningxia native, as a Yinchuan native, I come back to form a rugby team in Ningxia, so that our native Ningxia natives can also integrate into this sport and experience this sport.
[Explanation] Rugby is a very confrontational sport. Head-on collisions and pushing each other are essential. Athletes have more or less "suffered" in this sport.
But for them, it's the glamour of football that fascinates them more than the risk of injury.

In the two months of playing rugby, I can clearly feel that my physical fitness has improved, and my diet has become more regular and balanced. I think I am pretty cool now.

But captain Li Zhongqi is full of confidence in the future, and he hopes that through his own efforts, more people can understand rugby.
