Katarina Jobst-Smith was responsible for a serious blunder in Saturday's penalty shootout between Sweden and Germany in the hockey World Cup. Germany had fought back from a 0-3 deficit and took the match to a penalty shoot-out. There, the German lost the puck, fell over and slid into the goal instead of the puck itself. Sweden ended up winning the match and now Hungary awaits on Monday 19.30.
