The new football season 2022-2023 will witness the launch of 15 official competitions for the age groups for the youth, junior and junior categories, organized and supervised by the Football Association, and clubs from different emirates of the country participate in it.

The tournaments, which will start from the second of next September, include two competitions for the youth category, the U-21 Youth League and the U-18 Youth League, and three tournaments for the junior category, the U-17 U-17 League, the U-16 U-16 League (A) and (B). ).

The teams compete in the cubs category in 10 tournaments distributed over different age groups, namely the cubs league under 15 years (A) and (B), the cubs league under 14 years (A) and (B), and the cubs league under 13 years (A) and (B), the Cubs Under 12 years League (A) and (B), and the Under 11-year-olds League (A) and (B).

The head of the Competitions Committee of the Football Association, Ahmed bin Darwish, said in a press statement: "The launch of 15 competitions for which teams will compete within the age groups, would increase the number of players officially and regularly within the aforementioned age groups."
