In 2018, Rudy Molard kept the Tour of Spain leader's red jersey for four days.

And this year?

The 32-year-old Frenchman took control of the Vuelta general classification on Wednesday.

The Groupama-FdJ rider finished fourth in the 5th stage, contested over 187 km in the Basque Country between Irun and Bilbao, and which was won by the Spaniard Marc Soler (UAE).
