Zamalek crowned the Egyptian League title before meeting Al-Ittihad of Alexandria

The Zamalek team was crowned the Egyptian League champion for the second time in a row and the 14th in its history after the loss of its rival, Pyramids, against the Future team, to give the latter the Egyptian League title to Zamalek before playing the Alexandrian Union match, in which Zamalek needed to win any result in order to crown the league title.

After Future’s victory, his score reached 45 points, alone in fourth place in the league standings, while Pyramids’ balance froze at 68 points, occupying the second place, 7 points behind Zamalek, the leader, who officially decided the Egyptian League shield this season before playing the round match against Al Ittihad.
