Andrae was a great leader in the JVM team, not least on the ice where he showed the way both offensively and defensively.

But it has been a strain.

- I am satisfied with my performance over the tournament.

I'll be honest, it's been tough both mentally and physically the whole tournament with ups and downs.

But I have contributed what I can.

And it's nothing I regret, except that we don't have gold medals around our necks.

He also chooses to pay tribute to the team effort after the victory against the Czech Republic, where the entire team contributed to the victory.

- We show a hell of a team morale, I think.

We block shots, we score three goals, we have "Jeppe" (Wallstedt) who is cruel at the back.

Very nice win.

The team that takes the bronze largely consists of the same players that Andrae has played with for a long time in the Swedish junior national teams.

Now the bronze was the last Andrae and many others did as juniors.

Now it's a senior career to the fullest.

- Very nice to be able to end this long journey nicely with the people you have been with since U16.

Even if it's not a gold, it's actually nice.
