As for Modric, he wrote, "Dear Casemiro, I still remember your first start with the club, how nervous you were. I asked you to be calm and now I think about it and see how it ended. It was also my first season and neither of us could imagine what football had in store for us You became a real leader and you were always by the side of your teammates and the darling of the fans. Manchester United had reached an agreement with Real Madrid to sign the Brazilian midfielder.

The British news agency "PA Media" learned that the value of the deal amounted to 60 million pounds ($71 million), in addition to 10 million pounds in variables, while the player's contract will be 4 years with the possibility of adding another year.

Casemiro joined Real Madrid from Sao Paulo in 2013, and since then he has been a regular player with Real Madrid, and has participated in more than 300 matches.
