For his part, the father of the champion Jassim Al Hosani said that his son spent only 20 days training, and succeeded in achieving the great achievement by winning the gold medal, adding: “This achievement is not for my son, but for all the Emirates, starting with the wise leadership. This is the son of the Emirates, he was raised to listen and obey, and we are happy for him to receive this medal.”

And he revealed the secret of the phone call that he had with his son before the last fight, and he said: “He called me before facing his American rival, Joseph Powers, and told me that he was feeling confused. Also because I, in turn, was worried.”
