The Swedish duo, who won the World Cup gold in doubles last autumn, are through to the quarter-finals after defeating Denmark's Martin Buch Anderson/Tobias Kamph Rasmussen 3-1 in sets (11-5, 9-11, 11-5, 11 –3).

Jon Persson and Anton Källberg are also through to the quarter-finals.

The duo defeated Cedric Nuytinck (Belgium) and Jakub Dyjas (Poland) 3–2 in sets (11–5, 4–11, 5–11, 11–8, 11–7).

In the ladies' doubles competition, the Swedish meeting was held during the morning.

Linda Bergström and Christina Källberg were the strongest there when Filippa Bergand and Rebecca Muskantor were defeated 3–1 in sets (7–11, 11–3, 11–3, 11–7).

The quarter-finals in doubles begin around 15.15 today.
