On the 17th, the Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee officially announced that, through consensus from relevant parties and with the approval of the Asian Paralympic Committee, the 4th Asian Paralympic Games in Hangzhou 2022 will be held in October 2023. Held from 22nd October to 28th October.

　　There are 22 major events in the Hangzhou Asian Paralympic Games, which will produce 564 gold medals, with athletes from 44 countries and regions.

　　It is understood that 19 competition venues for the Hangzhou Asian Paralympic Games have been completed, of which 17 will continue to use the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games venues, and 2 are independent competition venues.
