The continuation of the career of Artyom Dziuba is still one of the most discussed topics in Russian football.

There are about three weeks left before the transfer window closes in major European championships, which means that soon the ex-Zenith striker will have to decide on his future.

And although the media are already highlighting several favorites for signing a contract with the player, there is no exact information about his new club yet.

At the same time, it talks about the interest in him from both domestic and foreign teams.

Over the past few days, three teams have been named among the possible contenders for the Russian striker, and only one of them represented the RPL.

According to Sport-Express, Dzyube put forward a substantive proposal by Pari NN, but he refused.

According to the publication, the football player argued this with a desire to try his hand at one of the championships of the Old World, although this may well not be the only reason.

Firstly, in Nizhny Novgorod they were going to pay him €1.5 million, which might not meet his expectations.

In addition, at the moment, Mikhail Galaktionov's wards are in 14th place in the standings, and the struggle for survival is hardly the task that the forward would like to solve this season.

Therefore, against the backdrop of Pari NN, the prospect of moving to Turkey could seem much more attractive, where his former Zenit partner Magomed Ozdoev had already managed to go, and Fedor Kudryashov has been performing since 2020.

But if Istanbul Basaksehir did not confirm their interest in Dziuba, then Adana Demirspor called the rumors about the possible acquisition of the striker unfounded.

"Yes it's true.

We really made an official offer to Artyom Dzyuba, ”Gökhan Gökturk, sports director of the club, told Sport24.

It is noted that the negotiations between the parties are in an "advanced" stage, and various sources have already reported on the possible salary of the ex-player of Zenit in the new team.

According to various sources, it can be €1.5-1.8 million, therefore, about the same as in Pari NN.

But in this case, Dziuba will not only finally get a chance to try his hand in Europe, but it is also likely that he will fight for much higher positions.

Yes, Adana can hardly be ranked among the main favorites for gold.

In terms of the cost of the composition, it is noticeably inferior to the "big four" of the Super League and is on the sixth line - between Konyaspor and Istanbul.

However, this does not mean that there are no stellar performers in the cage, who are nearby capable of facilitating the process of Dziuba's adaptation in a new environment for themselves.

And we are talking about both sports and domestic aspects.

So, Yaroslav Rakitsky is currently playing for Demirspor, with whom Artyom became the champion of Russia four times.

And he will certainly help him quickly get used to the new place.

Of course, if the current geopolitical situation has not caused a split in the relations of former teammates.

As for other bright players, the list is more than impressive.

The colors of Adana are protected by the former Napoli midfielder Gökhan Inler, known for his performances for Schalke Younes Belanda, as well as the ex-Everton winger Henry Onyekuru, who at some point was on the list of CSKA transfer targets.

Standing apart is the odious Mario Balotelli - potentially one of the two main competitors for the position of the main center forward on a par with Britt Assombalonga.

Last season, the Italian scored 19 goals and six assists in 33 meetings, and the Congolese added another 14 (12 + 2) points to this in the “goal + pass” system.

It is all the more curious that this competitive year was started by the ex-Middlesbrough forward, and not by the silver medalist of Euro 2012.

The presence of such names speaks of two things.

As in the entire Super League as a whole, Adana has a positive attitude towards the invitation of skillful, but aged athletes and has the necessary funds for this.

The conditional Balotelli would hardly have gone to not the largest industrial city in Turkey if he had not been offered good conditions there.

Consequently, Artyom, who has recently formed a certain reputation in Europe, can also count on good money.

At the same time, the prospects for the team also cannot be called depressing.

Yes, last season Adana finished only on the ninth line, but until the 26th round it was among the top four.

True, it subsequently crumbled, and in the last six rounds it suffered five defeats altogether.

But in this it started very well and won two victories at the start.

Yes, the middle peasants in the face of Sivasspor and Giresunspor, who finished 16th, were defeated, but the fact remains.

The presence of Vincenzo Montella on the bridge could also be a positive factor.

During his coaching career, he managed to work with Milan, Fiorentina and Sevilla, and this indicates a solid experience of cooperation not only with talented, but also stellar, characteristic football players.

Previously, Francesco Totti himself performed under his leadership, and Balotelli completely gained a second youth.

Therefore, there are prerequisites that he will not repeat the fate of compatriot Roberto Mancini and will find a common language with Dzyuba.

However, there are also reasons for skepticism.

Firstly, earlier Montella won only the Super Cup with Milan and twice reached the finals of the Spanish and Italian Cups.

It is also a little disturbing that earlier the specialist did not reveal the abilities of large forwards very well.

Before Balotelli, neither Mario Gomez, who was in his prime, nor 35-year-old Luca Toni, scored more than 15 goals under his leadership.

But later the German spent a couple of successful seasons at Besiktas and Wolfsburg, and the Italian shone at all in Verona.

At the same time, it should not be ruled out that Adana can only become an intermediate stage during Dzyuba's stay in Turkey, because the top clubs of the Super League willingly accept veterans into their ranks.

Bafetimbi Gomis plays for Galatasaray, and in the summer former Napoli leader Dries Mertens joined his camp, Marek Gamshik fights for Trabzonspor, and 39-year-old Atiba Hutchinson dropped out of the Besiktas application only because of an injury.

And if Artyom manages to impress with his game, then in winter he can change the middle peasant with claims to the grandee.

So far, Dziuba himself has not confirmed the fact of negotiations with Adana Demirspor, and the question of his future remains open.

For example, a possible continuation of a career in Russia is still not ruled out, where, according to rumors, not only Pari NN, but also Krasnodar are interested in him, and Rubin is ready to pay the same € 1.5 million.

And according to RT, in addition to a few offers from Turkey, several Arab clubs also want to see him.

But Artyom himself is determined to go to the Super League.

And if everything goes well, then Dziuba can prove that he did the right thing when he was in no hurry to choose a new team.

Initially, the lack of urgency in finding a new job may have seemed strange, and the ensuing lull could be explained by a lack of interest and unwillingness to meet his salary requirements.

In particular, the ex-midfielder of Zenit Alexei Igonin did not at all rule out the possible departure of the striker from the sport due to the lack of worthy options.

"Everything is possible.

It seems that now we will look for a week or two.

A month passes: there are fewer calls, and fewer options, and the conditions are getting worse and worse, ”Igonin told Sport Day by Day.

And although Dziuba has already missed the preseason and may well have problems getting into the squad at the start of the championship, the decision not to force the negotiations could be the right one.

While everything goes to the fact that he will achieve what he wants and try his hand abroad.

It remains to understand in which club.
