The English club Blackburn Rovers announced that it has provided a hall for Muslim fans to perform the Maghrib prayer, which will enter its time during the team's match against its guest Hartlepool United in the English League Cup tomorrow, Wednesday.
Blackburn said - in a statement posted on his official Twitter account - "Muslim fans attending this Wednesday's match, we realize that you want to perform Maghrib prayer, and you can ask the host in order to know the direction of prayer, in addition to the presence of a hall available to accommodate worshipers."

Blackburn - who plays in the English Premier League (Championship) - explained to his Muslim fans the time for prayer, which will be during the second half, noting that those who wish to pray will be directed to the hall available for this match only.
The English team added that "for our Muslim fans, we understand that performing their prayers is essential," and the team expressed its pride in providing the appropriate conditions for prayer during any event at the team's stadium "Ewood Park".
Muslim tweets interacted with the Blackburn announcement, noting its respect for the feelings of Muslims, and calling on all the big English clubs to implement this idea in their stadiums for their Muslim fans.

Blackburn Rovers Stadium hosted the last Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers for Muslims in the British city, to be the first football club in England to open the doors of its stadium to perform this prayer.
