Left back Mohanad Jeahze was greeted by loud boos from parts of the home crowd when he was substituted with just over a quarter of an hour remaining.

Jeahze was suspended by Hammarby the other week after he requested to leave the club and did not want to train.

Now the parties have turned the page and Jeahze has apologized.

But some of the fans don't seem to have moved on.

- I understand them.

I would probably have reacted the same way, so I understand them, says Mohanad Jeahze to Discovery+.

"It's been hard"

Jeahze is disappointed that the move from Hammarby didn't happen.

- It has been difficult, it has not been fun.

I wanted to get a move to the club that made an offer and it was not possible.

Then the club told me they wanted a certain price that that club couldn't match.

Just accept it.

Successful entry

The buropen, however, provoked reactions from other parts of the crowd who instead applauded when Jeahze made contact with the ball for the rest of the match.

But the dive was successful and Jeahze was involved in Hammarby's third goal.

His free kick from the left wing reached Gustav Ludwigson, who shot the ball via Sundsvall's defender Forrest Lasso into the goal.
