The men's and women's national karate team won six colored medals (three gold and three bronze) at the end of its participation in the Arab Championship, hosted by the Egyptian capital Cairo, and the curtain came down the day before yesterday, with the participation of eight teams.

Over the course of two days of competition, the country’s players managed to grab the first place and the gold medal in the men’s individual kata competitions through Marwan Al-Mazmi, before the players of the national team, Hawraa Al-Ajmi and Fatima Khasif Salem, added the second and third gold medals, by winning first place in the women’s individual kumite competitions. I weigh under 50 and 68 kilograms, respectively.
