For three seasons, Katerina Mrazova has been one of SDHL's biggest stars.

In 109 games in the Gävle club, Mrazova has accounted for 209 points, she has taken part in winning two SM silver with Brynäs and in the 2020/2021 season she was also awarded the Golden Helmet as the most valuable player in the SDHL.

On its website, Brynäs IF writes that Katerina Mrazova has had "a tone-setting role in Brynäs and helped establish the club as a top team in the SDHL".

At the same time as Brynäs announces that 29-year-old Mrazova is leaving, the same information is given about the Canadian Jaycee Gebhard.

The 25-year-old spent two seasons in Brynäs (with two SM silver medals) and accounted for 85 points in 77 games.

- Both Katerina and Jaycee have been fantastic representatives for Brynäs IF both on and off the ice.

Now it has emerged that we are going our separate ways.

We extend a big thank you to "Katka" and Jaycee for their efforts in Brynäs and wish them the best of luck in their continued careers, says sports manager Erika Grahm on Brynäs' website.
