Aston Martin announced Thursday that four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel will end his career at the end of the season.
“The decision to stop F1 at the end of the year was difficult and I thought about it a lot.
At the end of the year, I want to take the time to think about what I want to do next,” said the German driver in the press release from his team.

At 35, Sebastian Vettel has 53 Grand Prix victories and is on the third step of the podium among the drivers who have accumulated the most victories, behind Lewis Hamilton and Michael Schumacher.
