The coach of the Emirates team last season, and the current coach of the Taawon team, Bader Tabib Al Shehhi, stressed the importance of giving young national coaches the opportunity to train and reveal their training capabilities and invest in the presence of four competitions supervised by the Football Association and the Professional League.

He told "Emirates Al-Youm" that he had hoped for the success of his professional training in the Sudanese league when he received an offer to train in a Sudanese club, were it not for some circumstances that prevented that, and described the use of Argentine coach Arruabarina to lead the national team as a successful step that will result in successes in the coming period, and that National trainers such as Mahdi Ali, Salem Rabie, Abdulaziz Al-Anbari and Eid Barout should not stay away from training under any circumstances, because they are distinguished and role models for young coaches, and the following is the text of the dialogue.

1- What is the secret behind the decline in the chances of the citizen coach in the UAE competitions?

The chance is very small, as the citizen coach has moved away from training any of the professional league teams that have contracted with foreign coaches, while there are only five coaches out of 55 clubs and teams participating in the four competitions of the first division teams, and this is a very small number, and in my opinion there will be nothing The national coach can only do training work by a regulation that obliges clubs and teams to contract with national coaches, and if that happens, there will be a prominent development in the UAE competitions, and frankly I do not understand the reason for staying away from contracting with the national coach who is creative wherever he comes and does not cost the clubs’ budgets more than half of what he earns The foreign coach, and I call for giving young coaches training opportunities to reveal their potential in the presence of four competitions organized by the Football Association and the Professional League.

2- Why did the Emirates team not succeed in staying when I was its coach?

I coached the team as a head coach in the last five games, while throughout the season I was an assistant coach, and had the number of matches been few and the difference in points between the “Falcons” and the rest of the teams was vast, we could have changed the image, and the team’s failure to remain in the professionals is because the team was not in its best condition We were not successful, and the players were frustrated early due to the delay in preparation and suffering many losses at the beginning of the season, and despite being the coach of Al-Taawoun currently, I expect that the Emirates Club will return strong and it is a club with a history and a distinguished position in Emirati football, and everyone wishes it success, but at the time Same I am looking forward to beating the Falcons in the next match that will bring us together.

3- I was close to training in the Sudanese league.. What was the secret behind the failure of that deal?

The opportunity was not only in Sudan. I was close to training in the Kuwaiti League and the Omani League, in addition to the Sudanese. It did not take place due to circumstances not related to the financial value of the contract or the club’s position. Rather, it collided with the work mechanisms in some of these clubs and other reasons, including that I wanted the contract to be With me and my technical staff represented by the assistant coach and coach of the guards and fitness, but the offer was directed only to me, in addition to the time period between the start of the season and the date that was supposed to start the competitions in one of those clubs was not enough to prepare, so I postponed the topic and it was not canceled, and frankly I wished the success of contracting in the Sudanese league because of a distinguished elite of players and fans who have a taste for football, but I am confident that such opportunities will exist in the future.

4- What is your next strategy in the Taawon Club?

I am proud to join the Al Taawun Club, which is one of the stations of my ambition, and I am happy with the care and trust I have received, and the club enjoys a distinguished position among the state clubs, and my role is to work with the club’s management, the administrative body, the players and the public to enhance that, and I look forward with it to building a strong team that can exist among the best Seven or eight teams in the league, provided that this is reinforced from season to season, and I have experience working upward in Dibba Al-Hisn Club in previous seasons, and also with Masfout and the UAE Youth National Team as an assistant coach and for many years with Ras Al Khaimah Club, and in all these stations we were able to put The foundations of a fruitful work, and the club Al Taawun deserves to be in a better place than the position it got last season.

5- How do you see the national team after hiring coach Arruabarina?

I and others feel great optimism for a good future for Emirati football, and the efforts of the Football Association are clear, and I expect that there will be a distinguished generation similar to the generation (Amouri and Mabkhout) or the generation of the nineties in the near future and will be composed of the current talented youth, and the use of Argentine coach Arrobarina to lead the team is a successful step that will yield future successes And I have an important observation that needs to be studied by the club administrations, which is that coaches such as Abdulaziz Al-Anbari, Eid Barout, Mahdi Ali and Salem Rabie like not to stop training under any circumstances, because they are distinguished and role models for the rising coaches.
