The last time the UFC held a gala in Sweden was on June 1, 2019, when Alexander Gustafsson was beaten by the American Anthony Smith in the fourth round.

Now there are rumors that it may be time again, according to several different sources, the UFC is looking at the possibilities of running a gala in Stockholm in November.

If that happens, Jack Hermansson, who was convincing when he defeated the American Chris Curtis in London last weekend, hopes for a match.

- I really want to go to Sweden.

If there is an event there this year, it would have been great fun, really.

It was one of the highlights of my career when I went to the UFC Globe and I would like to experience that again with the crowd support and everything, it's absolutely fantastic.

So if I get to play that card, I'll be very happy and if I get to go against a good opponent, I'll be even happier, Hermansson told SVT Sport.

The dream is a match against a sharp opponent.

- I hope to meet someone higher ranked than myself.

Darren Till maybe, but it's a bit scary because he's so prone to injury, so I don't know if I dare to book against him, says Hermansson.
