It is hoped that all the delegates can have candid exchanges, in-depth consultations, enlighten wisdom, and share experiences on various topics of the forum, strive to reach more consensus, form more cooperation results, and promote China-ASEAN judicial exchanges and cooperation to continuously achieve new breakthroughs.

  The second is to expand the results of judicial cooperation.

At present, with the in-depth development of world multi-polarization, economic globalization, social informatization and cultural diversification, and strengthening cooperation in the fields of cross-border crime governance and judicial protection of intellectual property rights, these are common and urgent issues we face.

It is hoped that everyone will work together to improve the international judicial assistance mechanism in the region, create a market-oriented and legalized international business environment, expand digital judicial cooperation, promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and actively serve the construction of a high-level China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.

  The third is to improve the judicial cooperation mechanism.

Taking this forum as a new starting point, we will strengthen exchanges in judicial reform, smart courts, judicial protection of intellectual property rights, and international commercial dispute resolution mechanisms through various forms such as seminars and exchanges, personnel training, etc., and continue to expand the breadth of judicial cooperation. and depth, and actively serve to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
