The recruits follow one another at Olympique de Marseille.
The Olympian club recorded the arrival of right-back Jonathan Clauss on Wednesday from Racing Club de Lens.
The 29-year-old French international has signed up for a three-year term, after the success of his medical visit, OM announced in a press release.
The transfer amount would be a little below 10 million euros, including bonuses.
Olympique de Marseille has also formalized the arrival of goalkeeper Ruben Blanco, on loan for a period of one year, from Celta Vigo.
OM's historic porter, Steve Mandanda, joined Stade Rennais a few days ago, after terminating his contract with Marseille.
It is the third arrival this week, after Colombian striker Luis Suarez signed for five years.
