According to the notification requirements of the professional league work meeting on July 6, the clubs of the Chinese Super League should return their written opinions on whether they can host their home games to the event organizer by July 20 at the latest.

However, the Chinese Football Association and the preparatory team of the Chinese Football Federation have decided to extend the deadline to July 22 in consideration of the practical difficulties encountered by different clubs in the process of implementing relevant work.

Judging from the current situation, the vast majority of Chinese Super League clubs welcome and support the league's resumption of the home and away system.

Some clubs have even confirmed their home venues, and some clubs, including Meizhou Hakka, have officially replied to agree to host their own home games.

  7 club venues for inspection

At the Professional League Work Conference and the Chinese Super League CEO Summit held on July 6, the Chinese Football Federation preparatory team informed the clubs that the remaining 24 rounds of the Chinese Super League this season, that is, the 11th to 34th rounds, are scheduled to be held in August. It starts on the 5th and ends in mid-December.

The game plans to resume the home and away format.

To this end, the organizer of the event has sent a solicitation letter for the home court bid to the local sports management department and other relevant government departments through the clubs, and hopes that the clubs will return their specific opinions by July 20 at the latest.

Due to the various conditions that need to be met for hosting Chinese Super League matches, the preparatory team of the Chinese Football Federation decided to conduct an on-the-spot investigation on the conditions of each club's home games.

The specific inspection work officially started on July 7, the second day after the league meeting ended.

The inspection team was divided into two groups, and successively inspected the venues of 7 clubs in 6 candidate cities.

Among them, Group A has completed the competition of Chengdu Phoenix Mountain Professional Stadium, Wuhan Sports Center Stadium, Wuhuan Sports Center Stadium, Zhengzhou Hanghai Stadium; Group B has completed the competition of Shenzhen Longgang Universiade Stadium, a stadium in Changchun, Jinan Investigation of the Olympic Sports Center (Luneng Stadium).

That is to say, the preferred home venues of the seven Chinese Super League clubs in Chengdu Rongcheng, Wuhan Three Towns, Wuhan Yangtze River, Henan Songshan Longmen, Shenzhen, Changchun Yatai, and Shandong Taishan have all been inspected by the working group, and these venues have all passed this review. round inspection.

Sites not accepted for this round of inspection

Most have hosted major events before

As for the remaining venues of the clubs of the Chinese Super League, they did not accept this round of inspection, mainly because most of their candidate home venues have successfully hosted large-scale sports or football events before, and have recently been inspected by professional teams, or are hosting professional football events.

For example, Dalian City, home to the Dalian People's Club, and Meizhou City, home to the Meizhou Guest Club, have just hosted the first stage of the Chinese Super League, and their competition and training venues naturally meet the conditions for hosting home games.

This week, news came from the Dalian Division that Dalian Puwan Stadium, which once hosted some of the Dalian Division matches in the first stage of the Chinese Super League, will become the home field of the Dalian Nationals this season. The relevant information has been officially confirmed by the local authorities.

Zhejiang Football Club plans to declare a stadium in Huzhou as the team's home venue. Before that, the venue had been inspected as an alternative venue for the Hangzhou Asian Games, and the conditions also met the requirements of the Chinese Super League.

The Guangzhou Division has hosted Chinese Super League matches many times, and many stadiums in the division have successfully undertaken the Chinese team’s preparation and game reception tasks. Therefore, as long as the two Chinese Super League clubs in the same city reach a consensus on the territory and venues of the division, then re-hosting the Chinese Super League will be a matter of course. Very promising.

  Beijing Guoan and Shanghai teams

Whether it can be played in the territorial city has not yet been determined

It is understood that with the support of local government departments, some clubs have confirmed that they can host Chinese Super League home matches within two or three days after the league work meeting.

Some clubs, including Meizhou Hakka, Dalian, Changchun Yatai, Henan Songshan Longmen, and Wuhan clubs, have relatively optimistic prospects for hosting their home games, and some have even made it clear that they can host home games.

As for whether Beijing Guoan and Shanghai can play their home games in their club's home cities, there is still no definite answer.

However, during the past two seasons, the Suzhou Division, which is geographically close to Shanghai, especially the Kunshan Division, has hosted the games of two Shanghai teams many times, and has also hosted the "Shanghai Derby". And the audience attendance rate is high.

Therefore, in theory, the two Shanghai teams have the possibility of declaring part of the Suzhou (Kunshan) competition area their home games.
