With this, 18 people have been confirmed infected in Seibu since the beginning of this month.
Three new infections were confirmed: Takashi Furuichi, a rookie like pitcher Sato, who is second in the draft, and Takayoshi Yamamura, who is in his second year.
Pitcher Sato had a positive PCR test before the match on the 16th, and Furuichi and Yamamura had a fever on the 16th, so an antigen test confirmed the infection.
