A Saudi club made a fictional offer to include Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, Manchester United's top scorer, according to what the Spanish newspaper "Marca" (Marca) reported on the Portuguese network "CNN" (CNN).

In order to convince the "Don" to move to the Saudi League next season, the Portuguese channel claimed that this club - which it did not reveal its name - is ready to pay 35 million euros to Manchester United (more than the latter paid to Juventus to sign Ronaldo) to give up the player's services if the latter agreed to the offer made to him.

The channel added that Ronaldo will receive an annual salary of 125 million euros per season, and a two-year contract.

Ronaldo's agent, Jorge Mendes, will also receive 24 million euros if the deal is completed.

It is noteworthy that Chelsea was the latest team to refuse to sign Ronaldo, after Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.

The German coach, Thomas Tuchel, refused to sign Ronaldo, despite discussions with club president Todd Poelly about a possible Ronaldo deal, but the final decision was always left to the coach.
