Alhaji Jeng meets some of the great Swedish athletics stars before the World Cup.

In the latest episode, Daniel Ståhl is involved and he opens up about his mental health, which he has worked a lot with over the years.

And he is grateful for his team that has supported him over the years.

- If I did not I would not have had this team, I would not have won anything.

You have to develop as a person and we all do that, says Ståhl in the program.

In the WC in Eugene, USA, which starts soon, the goal is WC gold for Ståhl.

And then he aims to get even better in the next few years.

- I will soon be 30 years old and have worked hard.

And now I do not need to train even harder, now I will reduce my training so I can maintain this high level I have for several years now.

And the goal is to throw extremely far and the world record, I will try to do that, he says.
