Laorent Shabani had an expiring contract with Sirius.
When it became clear that it would not be an extension, the Uppsala team saw a sale as the only alternative, explains sports director Ola Andersson on Sirius' website.
Shabani is on the left wing, either as a midfielder or defender, and has so far during the season accounted for a goal and an assist in the Allsvenskan.
In total, the 22-year-old has scored two goals and nine assists in 65 games.
Now Shabani is looking forward to representing Norrköping.
