Last year, FIFA's ethics committee suspended Josef Blatter and former general secretary Jérôme Valcke from football-related activities.
Both ex-officials were also fined 1 million Swiss francs.
Earlier it was reported that the prosecutor's office requested time for Blatter and Platini.
