"The blood alcohol test carried out by the police revealed that the blood alcohol level was higher than what is authorized by Spanish law", continued the Italian from the Ducati team, saying he was "sorry" for this " gross recklessness that should not have happened”.
According to the island press, "Pecco" Bagnaia was checked after the accident with a rate of 0.87 mg of alcohol per liter of exhaled air, beyond the authorized limit of 0.25 mg.
