Amanda Nildén is honing the last details together with the national team before the European Championship premiere.

Little sister Matilda is in the middle of a burning U19 European Championship, where Sweden is in the semifinals against Spain.

- Huge of course, it was many years ago that a youth national team was in a championship, I hope it continues to go well, says Amanda Nildén to SVT Sport.

The sisters are heard daily and Amanda has after the matches in the U19-EM given little sister Matilda feeback.

- I say what I think she does well and a little worse, in a humble way, it is important to develop.

"She's probably tougher"

How are you as a big sister, are you tough?

- Well, I probably would not say that, quite kind, she's probably tougher.

Is she listening or not?

- Yes, she listens, same with me, we have good dialogues.

The promise - does not want to be worse than little sister

If Sweden beats Spain in the semifinals of the U19 European Championship, the final awaits, and then the medal is secured.

- I think it can be a final place, they have looked strong.

What if the acid comes home you medal and you do not?

- It should not happen, a medal should go home in both directions.
