For Loko, goals were scored by Nair Tiknizyan (3rd minute), Jirano Kerk (20th), Francois Camano (52nd) and Wilson Isidore (89th).
Oleg Dmitriev (47th) and Georgy Gongadze (61st) scored against Fakel.
The teams played two halves of 60 minutes.
Lokomotiv will play Khimki near Moscow on July 10 in the next test match.
"Fakel" the day before this will meet with the Moscow "Torpedo".
