The 33-year-old gymnast, who had not competed in four years, took gold in both needles and freestyle and silver in bar.

The branch final in freestyle was extra exciting.

Marcela Torres won on the score 12,066, just ahead of Nora Hanfelt on 12,000.

- It was close, Torres says and exhales.

She enjoyed the arena in Linköping where she was cheered on by the audience.

- I'm happy when the audience joins in, I get tagged, says Torres, who only started betting on the elite as a 23-year-old.

She became a Swedish citizen in 2015 after growing up in Argentina.

After that, she continued to focus on new goals with the national team and on Tuesday she once again showed proof of her high level.

- Fun also for all young gymnasts who get to see this, says SVT's commentator Annamaria Fredholm.

Torres:

- I was very relaxed, I enjoyed every second.

It's really fun.
