The British newspaper "Mirror" revealed that the management of Manchester United informed the Portuguese business agent, Jorge Mendes, that his compatriot, the legendary Cristiano Ronaldo, is not for sale.

The newspaper said: "The Portuguese, Jorge Mendes, Ronaldo's agent, offered the latter's services to Bayern Munich and Chelsea, to discuss the possibility of the (Don) transferring to one of them in the summer of 2022."

She explained that the United management is very angry about the moves of Mendes, Ronaldo's agent, who is looking for a way out for his compatriot, to leave the Theater of Dreams "Old Trafford" in order to participate in the next edition of the UEFA Champions League.

And the newspaper quoted a source inside Manchester United as saying: “Ronaldo will not go anywhere in the new season, and the new coach (Eric Ten Hag) puts the player at the top of his plans in the coming period.”

Manchester United finished sixth in the English Premier League last season, and failed to qualify for the Champions League, while it will only participate in the European League.
